Ms. Fidaa Hourani, founder of MANAA School Immunity System in Germany, has signed a cooperation agreement with Smart Steps Systems, a software development and consultancy company. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise and opportunities in school leadership development, technology solutions, and consultancy services for educational institutions.
The agreement was signed by Ms. Fidaa Hourani, founder of MANAA for school development, and Mr. Mohamed Eissa, Director of Smart Steps Systems.
MANAA offers an integrated system for school leaders, helping them build a psychological and behavioral framework within their school communities. Delivered over 90 days, the program focuses on developing leaders’ personal and managerial capabilities, improving relationships within the school community, and establishing sustainable institutional systems and procedures.
The program combines an assessment of the school’s current situation with training, live sessions, practical fieldwork, and impact measurement across five areas: psychological resilience, talent development, parental engagement, healthy relationships, and sustained excellence. Digital tools support performance monitoring and the documentation of results.
This cooperation brings together MANAA’s approach to developing school leadership and the school environment with Smart Steps Systems’ expertise in software development and consultancy, supporting schools in building more effective and sustainable educational and administrative environments.
